Blue Apron Meal #4 is……….
Steaks & Warm Lemon Salsa Verde (with Roasted Sweet Potato & Broccoli)
- 2 steaks
- 1 sweet potato
- 1/2 lb broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Prepare & roast the vegetables
- Prepare the remaining ingredients
- Both the zest and juice of the lemon will be used but separately
- Cook the steaks
- Make the salsa verde
- Finish & serve your dish
- My salsa verde is running all over the place but whatever
- Lemon zest goes over the veggies and of course the juice is in the salsa!
This meal was phenomenal and it smelled sooooo good. I think this was my favorite between the two although I did really enjoy the salad.
