FBabs: Week 2

Halfway done!

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – HIIT & abs
  • Tuesday – cardio
  • Wednesday – total body strength
  • Thursday – cardio
  • Friday – HIIT & abs

Like I said last week, the only thing I feel I need more of is upper body strength training. So I’ve been adding that on Saturdays.
