Workout Structure:
- Monday – HIIT & abs
- Tuesday – cardio
- Wednesday – total body strength
- Thursday – cardio
- Friday – HIIT & abs
Like I said last week, the only thing I feel I need more of is upper body strength training. So I’ve been adding that on Saturdays.
