FBabs: Week 1

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – cardio & abs tabata routine
  • Tuesday – total body strength training & HIIT
  • Wednesday – cardio & abs
  • Thursday – total body strength & HIIT
  • Friday – abs

I am definitely feeling these core intensive exercises. So far, I like the structure. The only thing that I would add is more upper body strength training so maybe I’ll add that on Saturdays. Otherwise, it’s pretty good so far.
