Just one more week!!!!
Workout Structure:
- Monday – total body strength training
- This came with an “extra credit” HIIT workout that killed my legs!
- Tuesday – cardio
- Wednesday – HIIT
- Thursday – core burnout
- Friday – HIIT & total body strength training
- Saturday – yoga for stress relief
Still going strong but I will be excited to start the core program in two weeks!
Have you noticed any changes (not necessarily in weight, more about strength or your ability to do certain exercises)? 🙂

Thanks for asking Ariel! My endurance has improved, I take shorter breaks between exercises, my arms are stronger, and my legs are mostly muscle now. Definitely some great improvements. I haven’t actually weighed myself but there are some days when I feel like I can notice some changes.

(I’m from the school of thought that weight doesn’t matter… unless it’s the weight of the stuff you can lift! XD )
