FB30: Week 7

Just one more week!!!!

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – total body strength training
    • This came with an “extra credit” HIIT workout that killed my legs!
  • Tuesday – cardio
  • Wednesday – HIIT
  • Thursday – core burnout
  • Friday – HIIT & total body strength training
  • Saturday – yoga for stress relief

Still going strong but I will be excited to start the core program in two weeks!

    Have you noticed any changes (not necessarily in weight, more about strength or your ability to do certain exercises)? 🙂

    • Thanks for asking Ariel! My endurance has improved, I take shorter breaks between exercises, my arms are stronger, and my legs are mostly muscle now. Definitely some great improvements. I haven’t actually weighed myself but there are some days when I feel like I can notice some changes.
