Still going strong, just two more weeks until I start FBabs. On the last day of this program I want to try one of their 1000 calorie workouts. I think it’s like an hour and a half long but it looks like a good challenge!
Workout Structure:
- Monday – HIIT
- Tuesday – Upper body strength training
- Wednesday – HIIT & abs
- Thursday – Upper body strength training & abs
- Friday – HIIT & lower body strength training
- Saturday – stress relief yoga
