FB30: Week 6

Still going strong, just two more weeks until I start FBabs. On the last day of this program I want to try one of their 1000 calorie workouts. I think it’s like an hour and a half long but it looks like a good challenge!

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – HIIT
  • Tuesday – Upper body strength training
  • Wednesday – HIIT & abs
  • Thursday – Upper body strength training & abs
  • Friday – HIIT & lower body strength training
  • Saturday – stress relief yoga
