Workout Structure:
- Monday – HIIT & total body strength training
- Tuesday – Abs
- Wednesday – Total body strength training & abs
- Thursday – Cardio & core
- Friday – bodyweight HIIT
- I actually couldn’t complete this workout because my knee was aching. Every time I tried to do a squat or lunge it sent a horrible pain through my knee.
- Saturday – Pilates
Not much else going on. Even though I’m done with Paleo I’m still eating healthy.

My idea of a workout is to go to the fridge or cupboard and raid them for snacks…
