FB30: Week 3

Another week down!

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – Lower body strength training
    • This was a really good one. There was also an “extra credit challenge” for a 10 minute HIIT workout. Painful but worth it!
  • Tuesday – upper body strength training
  • Wednesday – HIIT & core
  • Thursday – Upper body strength training
  • Friday – HIIT
    • super sweaty with an “extra credit” strength training routine added on
  • Saturday – stress relieving yoga

New things tried this week:

  • Gluten free pasta
    • Not bad in the taste department
  • Butternut squash pasta sauce
    • This was surprisingly good. Something I would definitely eat again
  • Vegan/gluten free mac & cheese (Daiya)
    • Not a huge fan of this. It was with a “cheddar cheese” sauce so I think I want to try the alfredo sauce before completely giving up on this
  • Vanilla Chex
    • I love vanilla flavored things so this was great! I also haven’t had cereal until now because I can’t have the ones that I love
  • Coconut Almond Milk Blend (Califia)
    • So good. Goes great with my cereal
  • Dried Persimmon Slices
    • I’ve never had a fresh persimmon so I have nothing to compare it too but I really like them
