FB30: Week 2

Not a lot of new stuff this week but still going strong.

Workout Structure:

  • Monday – lower body strength training + HIIT
    • I loved this workout it was all squats and deadlifts
  • Tuesday – upper body & abs
  • Wednesday – cardio
  • Thursday – upper body burnout
    • I really liked this one. My arms were toast
  • Friday – HIIT & lower body strength training
  • Saturday – yoga & pilates

New things tried this week:

  • Glazed carrots
    • When I was a kid I hated cooked carrots. Even now I don’t like them in soup but they’re good by themselves
  • Dried mango
    • I don’t really like dried fruit but I do really like mango so this is something that I could keep eating as a snack

    How are you liking your ab workout? Do you feel like it really targets that area? I’m trying to make up my own program & I feel like it could be better.
