So the other day I mentioned that my friend just started her food blog on WordPress called Kim’s Kafe: The good, the bad, the foodie. In case you still haven’t, I’m going to tell you why you should follow her.
In her first post, Kim talked a little about finding the balance between keeping your weight where you want it but not having to give up the food you love (something that I strongly relate to due to Hashimoto’s Disease). She offers health and fitness tips and her experiences with meal prep, eating out, and has fun features like Meatless Monday and Foodie Friday!
You can also follow her on Twitter @KimskafeTGTBTF. If you’re a Food Network junkie like me then you’re definitely going to want to chat with Kim. It was from her that I found out that Ayesha Curry has a cooking show (and Kim met her, check out her post about it).
The bottom line is, if you like food…. and talking about food….. you’re gonna want to check out Kim’s blog 🙂
