It really is time for everyone to get over feminist being a dirty word. Stop putting modifiers in front of it and assigning defining traits to it. It is a word used to describe someone who sees the inequality in the gender and wants to do something to close those gaps.
It is a good read. I highly recommend it. It isn’t even a LONG read. You can probably get through it in a couple hours. The book is tiny. I recently saw a physical copy, it could fit in a menswear pocket. (Notice I say menswear because lack of pockets in female clothing are just another part of the problem.)
Yea…I read a whole article about how women’s fashion doesn’t allow women to succeed because of lack of pockets! And people wonder why I jump up and down when I find a stylish sundress with pocket!
I really wish that Holly Bourne’s “What’s a Girl Gotta Do?” was available on Amazon.com. Right now, it’s only available on Amazon.uk. It sounds fabulous & I’ve heard several people mentioning it.

Did you read “We Should All Be Feminists?” I just read it last weekend. She makes some really good points and I can agree with her final conclusion.
