Harry Potter Month: Day 1

Before I get to the blog challenge, let me start by saying that I got sorted into my Hogwarts and Ilvermorny houses today.

I’m in…………………………………………………………………………

Gryffindor and Thunderbird!!! I was honestly surprised because I thought I’d be in Ravenclaw but no complaints!

Day 1: Favorite Book

From what I remember reading them the first time around, my favorite was Half-Blood Prince. It will be interesting going around the second time and seeing if that changes. I read the books when I was pretty young so I might change my mind.

I started reading Sorcerer’s Stone last night. Well, listening actually because I’m doing a month free trial on Audible. So far I like it. Much better than the one’s on Spotify.

What’s your favorite book? Are you reading the series also? Let me know!

P.S. Don’t forget to submit questions for Q&A. Open tonight until 9pm (EST). Hopefully I’ll get enough questions! You can leave questions here, on Facebook, Twitter or here if you want to submit it anonymously!

I think the Deathly Hallows is my favourite – I love finding out about the characters’ back stories, and I love Snape’s memories. I’m a Gryffindor, too!

  5. Man, I can’t recall much of anything from ‘The Half-Blood Prince’. Maybe I do need to re-read the HP books. >.> But for now I got sorted into the horned snake or whatever it’s called. Apparently it’s for intellectuals (but I think they totally messed up the tests on the new pottermore site. I can literally get EVERY house now when I used to take it multiple times and always get one. It’s really silly and them taking the games away is just frustrating. *sigh*)
